Mike Oloier

Service Operations Manager

Mike Oloier is the Service Operations Manager at United Mechanical. He oversees all operations for the Service division’s administration and support teams, ensuring technicians meet client goals and exceed customer satisfaction.

Mike has over four decades of service experience in the HVAC/Mechanical industry. Before joining United Mechanical in 2022, Mike was a Service Manager for Carrier Commercial Service in Chicago. He was also an Area Service Manager for Trane’s Chicago division and Operations Manager for its Tampa Bay division. 

Mike holds EPA Universal and OSHA 10 certifications. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Business from DePaul University and a Master of Business Administration from Benedictine University.
