Matthew Lukosavich brings over 30 years of industry experience to his role as Service Manager at United Mechanical. In this position, he oversees the daily operations of the service department, manages customer and Team Member relations, and resolves billing challenges, ensuring that the department runs smoothly and effectively.

 

Matthew’s extensive career in the HVAC industry has seen him progress from roles as a Senior Service Technician to Construction Manager and Service Manager. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing technology and continuing education in the field. He has developed and led training programs for field technicians and office staff, traveling across multiple locations to share his expertise. In his role at United Mechanical, Matthew continues to focus on developing his team through comprehensive training initiatives.

 

Matthew holds an HVAC degree from Cuyahoga Valley Vocational and is passionate about staying ahead of industry advancements. His dedication to team development, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency makes him an invaluable part of the team at United Mechanical.
