Pine brings over 40 years of experience in Mechanical Contracting to his leadership role;
takes over for longstanding president Mike Clark who retired in 2022
FORT MYERS, FL (January 9, 2023) – United Mechanical, LLC (United Mechanical), a leading full-service mechanical contractor that serves the commercial and industrial markets along the Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida, announces today the appointment of Don Pine, LEED AP, to President.
In his new leadership role, Don Pine is responsible for all aspects of the company's Business Development, Service, and Construction operations and oversees the Financial, Marketing, and Safety departments. Pine also participates in contract negotiations and ensures effective client communication so that customers receive consistent, exceptional service. In addition to his role at United Mechanical, Pine is a Partner at Fidelity Building Services Group (Fidelity BSG) and reports directly to Carmine Mistichelli, COO/Partner.
Don Pine takes over for Mike Clark, who retired in 2022 after serving as United Mechanical's President for 23 years. Dustin Clark supersedes Pine as Vice President and most recently served as Director of Construction Operations.

Don Pine joined United Mechanical in 1998 and most recently served as Vice President. He was responsible for overseeing the Engineering, Business Development, Service, Construction, and Marketing departments, as well as initiating policies and procedures that led to increased efficiency.

An expert in Engineering and Mechanical Design, Don Pine's longstanding career in Mechanical Contracting helped pave the way for his role as President of United Mechanical. His professional journey includes being a member of and serving the American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers Inc. (ASHRAE), one of the industry's most prestigious and recognized organizations. Pine is also a member of the Florida Healthcare Engineering Association (FHEA).
