United Mechanical Names Dustin Clark as President, Succeeding Retiring Leader Don Pine

FORT MYERS, FL (October 3, 2025) – United Mechanical, a leading provider of Mechanical/HVAC services to commercial and industrial facilities across Southwest Florida, is pleased to announce the promotion of Dustin Clark to President. Dustin will assume the role following the retirement of long-standing President, Don Pine, who has been with United Mechanical since 1998.

As President, Dustin will oversee all aspects of United Mechanical’s operations, including its service and construction divisions, and will provide strategic leadership for the company’s business development, financial, marketing, and safety departments. Dustin has been instrumental in the company’s growth and success, having joined United Mechanical in 2011 and serving in roles of increasing responsibility — most recently as Vice President, and previously as Director of Construction Operations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University and a Florida Mechanical Contractor license.

Over the past 26 years, Don Pine has been instrumental in United Mechanical’s growth in the market. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its service capabilities, strengthened its market position, and built lasting relationships throughout the community. Don has also contributed significantly to the industry, serving in leadership roles with the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the Florida Healthcare Engineering Association (FHEA).
